How We Engage
We spend the time listening to prospective clients in order to understand the scope of the engagement and to ensure that expectations are definable and achievable. On the sale side engagements, we create a strategy to confidentially market the company and work with our client to achieve the garner the best offer available for our client.
With Buyers, we will work with them to understand their goals and whether our own engagements or other engagements, including franchise opportunities are right for them. This takes time and patience since statistically, 90% of first time Buyers do not purchase the initial business they inquired about.
Our Target Market
We look to serve business owners with revenues up to $20 million. For buyers, we want to work with those who have a passion to own their own business. We are more than willing to work with passionate buyers to find a way to help them achieve their goal of business ownership.
